Two Rivers




Children are encouraged to attend and play a full part in the life of their local church. Many of the churches hold regular all-age services and special events for children, often focused on special times of year and Christian festivals.

For children in school years 1-6
Our After School Club for primary school children meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, 3.30 - 4.45pm in High Bickington Church Hall. There's a bible story, 'thought' and lots of craft and games... and of course biscuits!

Kids Club meets in Beaford village hall on the third Monday of the month, 5.00 - 6.00pm. There's chill time, with games and craft, a 'God slot' and a fun activity to join in together. Cost £1.00.

For children in school years 3-6
WYouth group in Newton Tracey church on the 2nd Thursday of the month, 6.00 - 7.30pm. A fun filled session of craft, games, and thougth about the Christian faith.

The Ministry team take regular assemblies in Beaford, High Bickington, Holywell, and Horwood and Newton Tracey schools. Open the Book teams tell bibe stories in High Bickington and Horwood and Newton Tracey, and we are looking to develop teams for Beaford and Holywell. All four schools hold services in their local church.

Both High Bickington and Holywell Schools are church foundations and we are proud of the Christian education they offer. Members of the Ministry team are part of the ethos committee in each school and as churches we are committed to praying for and supporting the schools in their work
