We aim to help everyone grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ and to live out their faith in their familt, community, place of work or study and the wider world. The Church is a community of believers in which we learn and grow together, receive encouragement and challenge, and pray for each other.

We encourage everyone to belong to a homegroup, where we meet to enjoy each others company, study the bible together and learn how to apply it to our lives, and pray for each other and the wider world. People of all stages of faith, or even those "just looking" are welcome to attend, and no one will be put on the spot.

Courses run throughout the year, covering different topics or addressing different issues. Our next course is Leaders in Worship, aimed at helping people lead services in their local church.

Special events

We arrange quiet days and other events throughout the year.

Silver service

A monthly service for retired people followed by refreshments, held on the first Tuesday of the month in High Bickington Methodist Chapel at 3.00pm. This simple communion service is a joint initiative with the Methodist Chuch and all are welcome.

Spring Harvest

Each year we take a group of people to Spring Harvest, a Christian holiday in Minehead around Easter. Time away together, with good worship, teaching and time to talk, as well as all the fun of a Butlins site, often results in significant growth as well as refrehment and fun. If you would like to join us contact Tim Overton.
